Ideas for how to use jams...
People always ask me what they can do with the jams and jellies besides spreading them on toast with butter or on a PBJ. I found an article on the internet which I have partially copied here written by Louise Fiolek in 2012 on www.Delishably.com, where she has this list of ideas.

Here are a few of my favorite uses for jam and jelly:
- Make a jam smoothie by blending your favorite jam with milk, fresh fruit, and yogurt.
- Serve marmalade and cream cheese on crackers for a simple appetizer.
- Use the jam as a glaze for pork or chicken, or add it to BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
- Add a dollop of raspberry jam to plain cheesecake for a burst of flavor.
- Spread it between cake layers, such as a Victoria sponge cake.
