This is a flavor that I have not really sold, as I never had any requests for it.  However, recently, I had a request from a customer in a Houston market and I decided I needed to have this flavor available regardless of actual sales.  I am currently buying the blueberries from the grocery store, but I will have my own plants soon.  There is a family in Sealy that sells blueberry plants, and I will be getting a few bushes from them. Hopefully, in Spring of 2024, I will have my own blueberries that have never been sprayed.

Pairs with:

• French Baguette

Ingredients: Blueberries, cane sugar, lemon juice and pectin.
