For whatever reason, peach is not one of my strongest flavors.  Don’t understand why this is, as this flavor is a must have flavor for the market.  I have not tested this, but my suspicion has to do with its location at the markets.  Not every flavor can have the number one position on the shelf!

Understanding shopper behavior is just as important in the farmer’s markets as in the grocery stores.  The principles of the 4 P’s are just as applicable in my small market display as in other larger formats.

Ingredients:  Peaches, cane sugar, lemon juice, pection.
