This seasonal jam is made for the Pumpkin Spice lovers.  If Starbuck’s and others can make a seasonal pumpkin spice coffee, I could make a seasonal jam.  As with several other jams, I looked into my collection of pie recipes and found one that would work as a jam.  I have created a winner that can be spread on toast, stuffed into a crescent roll or stirred into coffee.
