Spicy Watermelon Jelly - net weight 8.0 ounces

I make this jelly with yellow meat watermelons which I grow on the farm.  This jelly tastes like the tamarand candies you can buy in Mexico.  This is starting to become quite popular.

Customers have reported pairing this with cream cheese and crackers as well as serving on a charcuterie board.

Ingredients: Yellow Watermelon, Jalapeno Peppers, Cane Sugar, lemon juice and pectin.
